Groomit

I will never use Groomit again and strongly recommend that no one else does either. I booked their full-service grooming plus a $20 health service add-on expecting professionalism. The appointment took far too long (2 hrs for a 13 pound dog), and when my dog was returned, his haircut was insanely uneven and patchy. He also had a visible gash on his leg that the groomer never mentioned. Additionally, the hair on his ears still appeared oily and textured, which indicates he wasn’t washed fully or blow dried, both which are included in the service. If my dog’s behavior was truly such a barrier that it compromised the service, that should have been communicated before, during, or after the appointment. It never was. Marina was wonderful first time using Groomit mobile groomers I will be using regularly. My dogs look great soft and cuddly two shitzu they are my world so they definitely earned my trust thank you no long waiting i booked Sunday evening they were here Monday morning. Love them

Dear GroomIt Team, I am writing regarding my appointment on 3/1/2026 for my puppy’s grooming service, which was scheduled at a cost of $169. The groomer, Raphael refused to perform the service, stating that my puppy was aggressive. However, my dog is a young puppy who was understandably anxious and fidgeting, as this would have been his first grooming experience. At no point did he growl, snap, or attempt to bite anyone. The groomer only made one attempt to put the muzzle on my dog and did not attempt to help calm him despite his anxiety. While I understand that there may be a fee associated with the groomer arriving for the appointment, it did not appear that a genuine effort was made to complete the grooming service. Groomer changed appt time at 9:30 the night before. Also I was very precise on how I wanted my pup to look. She asked for pictures of what I wanted 3 times. I sent the same one 3 times. At left is what I sent. At right is what I got. 😞

Chyna did an amazing job with Duke. Upon arrival she spent a few minutes to meet/greet our 2.5 year old Cane Corso which is very important for his size (151lbs). She trimmed his nails, bathed and dried him. Definitely looking to request her services again for Duke.
