Our experience has always been great, they always made time for us and helped in taking care of our girl Willow. Our girl was diagnosed with Lymphoma and the care and compassion was great. Special thanks to the staff and Doc that helped with her passing last night 11/5.

Professional, patient and kind. Everyone here was great from start to finish and answering the tons of questions I had. You can tell everyone there enjoys working with animals.

Explains everything, obviously cares about their furry patients, and the people at the desk are organized and prompt. Taking your pet to the vet is never fun - for the pet OR your wallet - but they make it as close to painless as possible.

Very nice staff and informative. I felt okay with Dr.Nicholson I felt like he was pushing vaccines on me ($$$). He did thoroughly explain everything to me but as a new pup owner I was still left confused because I had a set vaccine list to be given to my pup. It felt pressured and I found out some vaccines were not needed but given. They did give me a free kit with my pups exam (as they should for their prices). They also have an easy to use app. They are overpriced. I wish I would’ve known the chargers beforehand. The other local vets charge about $60 less for shots and exam. All together I spent $300-$400 here. Felt pressured to give unnecessary vaccines. I also don’t like that they make you wait in the waiting area for your pup and don’t allow you in the room with them ( I found that s
