Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

I have been going here for two years. It’s worth it to sign up for the vital care program too as vet visits are free. You also get bonus rewards to spend in the store. Today we came in for dental work. The staff here has been so sweet to my baby boy. I’m really grateful we found a great team like they have here.

I love the care I’m getting for all my pets. Appointments are readily available and on time. Very convenient for working people who need to schedule on weekends. The staff are very kind and gentle; highly recommend and thankful I found our new vet. Worth the drive from Aiken.

Scheduled a consult for neutering a kitten. The vet never mentioned neuter, risks, benefits, timeline, anything. She talked about the kitten from a general checkup perspective. I asked, “and anything for neutering?” She said we’d get an estimate and left the room. The reason I’d scheduled the appointment was to discuss and schedule neutering. Neither occurred.

Experience With nurse Fay, Was excellent she made my dog feel very welcome. To the point that when it was time to go home, he was ready to leave with her again. Customer service was excellent, even though I have to wait for them to go find her to ring me up. But other than that, my experience at this establishment is always excellent.

We really love and enjoy you guys very much! So glad to have trusted people to take care of our pets. Keep up the good work Vetco Team!!! Awesome job!
