We adopted our Blossom over a year ago and we have always taken her here. I love this place. I’ve never had a problem with appointment or wait times. People are always friendly and they do a great job with Blossoms nails. I call it her “spa day” 🤣 Blossom also loves going there! There has been a couple times she wanted to stay and had to be carried to the car 🤣

I took Milo here when I couldn’t get in touch with my old groomer for months, they got Milo right in and made him look brand new! Love this place!

It started out great but wish I had read reviews! Dropped my pup off at the earliest time for her appt slot. Called at 4:45 to pick her up, she’d been there almost 5 hours. We had another commitment at 5:30. She had not been touched. I was frustrated and picked her up, untouched. Gave it some time and called to make an appointment six months later and they told us we weren’t welcome there. Good riddance!

My Maltese is always adorably groomed and he loves them so much.

This was our first time here.....I dropped our dogs off at noon as I was told drop off time was between 12-1 and the service takes place in the order of drop off. I was told by the groomer that there was only one dog ahead of mine and I would get a call when ready. When I didn't get a call by 4 I called and received no answer, I called again 10 min later and I asked the status of my dogs. I was told that they just got out the bath and would be next on the table and they would be ready by 5:30pm. That didn't sit well with me as I've had our dogs groomed for years and NEVER has it taken 5 1/2 hours! I went back to the groomer about 4:45 to see what the issue was and at that point I was told that, working on my dogs depends on what's going on that day! I was shocked at the response! They need
