They are truly amazing! We brought our puppy Fergie here for almost three years before moving out of state, and she absolutely loved it. The staff always took great care of her, feeding her properly and giving her plenty of playtime with other dogs. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you for everything! 🤗

Our overall experience was satisfactory. Our dog appeared to be well cared for and had ample outdoor playtime. One highlight was the availability of online cameras, which allowed us to check in on our dog at any time. This was a great feature! I rated our experience four stars due to few areas where clearer communication would have been helpful, especially as a first time client. First, while we appreciated the camera access, there was a $1.99 monthly subscription fee for the ODoggy camera app that was not disclosed until the day of drop-off. Next, there was some miscommunication regarding the required temperament test. I was not aware that this was mandatory for all pets until receiving a call the day before our stay, which required us to arrange a backup plan in case our dog did not pa

I have searched for a groomer who is good with my dog and found Ashley here. She not only was able to give him a great cut but she is friendly and took the time to speak with me about his care. Both before and after the appointment. I will definitely return to her.

OMG ya’ll we just finished a 2 week board and train with Brittany Moss. We adopted an 11 year old Jackweenie, Brody. He adored my husband but did not trust me at all. He bit me 11 times before we found Brittany. She came to our house and within an hour, she had this little man all figured out. She saw through him immediately and explained his reactions to both my husband and me. He seemed to distrust women and his reactions were fear based. As Brittany worked with Brodie, he started to come out of his shell. Brittany worked with me most to ease Brodie’s fear of me. He started to accept the women at Paws in Paradise and the rest has been amazing. Brittany watches both the dog and our reactions to him. She was spot on about everything! I boarded my yorkie there for 5 days. He did very well. I love that they take him out to play with other dogs often and even worked with him about eating. He's a typical yorkie and will just stop eating for no reason. They are great. I've had nothing but good experiences with the boarding and grooming. Georgia does his grooming and she is the best!
