Petco Grooming

The groomers at Petco (Washington Rd Augusta GA.) are awesome! They are gentle and caring to my baby. They are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable for all of our grooming needs.

We take our sweet pup to get groomed at Petco. They do an amazing job. I can easily schedule appointments and they get her in and out fairly quickly. They always do an excellent job with the cut. In terms of price, I think they’re very compatible to other groomers. I highly recommend them.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my dog’s grooming appointment on December 19th. This was our fourth visit, but it will likely be our last. We needed her thoroughly cleaned for a 14-hour drive, but it seems the grooming spray merely masked the fact that she hadn't been properly brushed out or even bathed. She continued to shed heavily throughout the trip and smelled. I'm very disappointed in the quality of work this time and wanted to bring this to your attention.

Initially I was nervous about my dog being here because the original groomer my dog was scheduled with was dismissive when I shared with her my does not like clippers at his face. She responded “we may not be able to cut him”. She then dragged my dog in the salon instead of picking him up. Her rude was witnessed by her colleagues & myself. So I asked for a different groomer. The gentleman volunteered to be my dogs groomer, he was extremely kind, he offered to contact us with updates. Though he said our dog really dislike his hair cut on his foot & face. My dog allowed him to hug him and he said my dog was actually lovable and allowed him to finish. Thank you Ace for your kindness and your professionalism. My dog first transition from Atlanta went well indeed.

I brought my dog Charlie to Petco. Me and my dad has rescued him from Florida he was malnourished and hair just awful , we took him to the vet and I tried looking for a grooming place and came across Petco. Very resonable price and left him with his hair looking great. I had a man named Adrian A. very respectful and very helpful I was unsure how short Cavalier King Charles Spaniel hair is supposed to be since the only dogs we have are a lab and a chihuahua and he helped me with that. Charlie came back smelling amazing and looking better than ever. Will definitely be coming back!! (I put some before and afters 1st photo is before 2,3,4 are after)
