Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital Clermont FL gave excellent care to my 12 week old Yorkshire Terrier puppy. Nate the Vet assistant and Dr Keener were very kind and knowledgeable and I felt very confident in my puppy’s care. The follow up call by Dr Singh was informative as well. I highly recommend Vetco Clermont for pet care. Thank you !

We always have a great experience when we bring our pupper in to the store. She loves the vet techs and seeks them out even when we don’t have an appointment. Her most favorite vet tech is Angelee, who is absolutely amazing, she knows how to handle our pitty girl.

Although the service was speedy. And Hagen was very helpful and sweet to both me and my boy, I hate to admit that i was very disappointed on 2 accounts. 1: i had to Take my dog to urgent care the day of my visit because a swab of his ear was failed to be given and instead i was told to clean his ear and watch for infection or mites. I was not offered to get his ears checked. And So i ended up paying for two separate visits for my dog when i could have saved money and got it done and not have been worrying like hell what might be wrong with my dog’s ears after taking the vets advice thinking i may have done damage to his ears. urgent vet ended up telling me he did have an infection that the vet failed to miss. 2: I got a call December 23rd about my results for my dogs fecal test and his pre

They do not listen, the tech is rude and doesn’t seem to know how to handle animals or even take a proper temp or record weight properly. The vet Told me my cat felt like she had an obstruction in her urinary tract even though I told them she hadn’t had any issues with that, she was using her litter box and drinking fine, and she was vomiting. Tried to get me to get an xray. I told them her history and that this has happened before, the refused to treat her. Paid $85 for nothing and went to the ER vet where she urinated immediately.

I love this place. My cat, Snoopy, is kind of a sickly guy and we’ve been to this clinic many times this year. Each time they are extremely kind, caring and great with my boy. They have my full trust and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.
