Le Pup Pet Supplies and Grooming - Clermont

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at La Pup in Clermont and hope the owner sees this because this situation was handled very poorly. I scheduled my dog for a bath and full groom on Sunday at 12 PM. When I arrived to drop my dog off, the girl at the front desk told me my dog was only scheduled for a bath. I immediately explained that I had booked a full groom. She said “OK,” which led me to believe the issue was corrected. After I had already driven home, I received a phone call saying they could only do a mini groom. This should have been communicated when I was standing there at drop-off so I could have rescheduled or taken my dog somewhere else. Super friendly and professional… They really pay attention to the special requests you may have about the cut…. For me being a first time customer, it was a perfect experience… The Lady at the front is extremely nice and helpful, even when through the different types of food I could give to my 5 months old puppy… Definitely keeping them…. This is my honest experience at Le Pup and I hope it helps other pet owners: I’m extremely disappointed and honestly shocked at how this place operates. The guy at the front has terrible customer service rude, unprofessional, and acts like he’s doing you a favor. They do not let you go to the back to see your own pet, which is a huge red flag. Both times I went, my dog came out shaking, terrified, and stayed like that for weeks. That says a lot about what goes on back there. They made two of his nails bleed, and even though he came out “smelling good,” the moment we got home he smelled awful like he wasn’t dried properly or cared for the right way. Our sweet doggies always come home looking so fresh and happy. They get schnauzer and schnauzer doodle cuts, and we always get compliments from friends on how handsome they are, especially after grooming.

Been going for over 2 years now :) Always do a amazing job and my dogs come home smelling very clean! They do an excellent job with poodle cuts as well!
