We love Affordable pet care ! The doctor is amazing. He takes his time to thoroughly go over everything with you& the love they all have for the animals. There is pure and true. Julie is soooooooo sweet(along with all the other staff) and they all love our fur babies ! We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful care ! Dr Alphonso is a wonderful vet. I can’t tell you what an asset he is . I have been a dog owner for over 50 years and he is the best . He patiently answers our questions and gives such common sense advice. I have been coming here since you opened in Clermont. The techs are great ( Julie and other small tech - so sorry I didn’t write name down) they are all such a great team . Please continue to operate as wonderful as you do . Don’t let the ‘money hungry ‘ disease of other Clermont vets change your philosophy. I really appreciate the good solid care and advice from your business . Thank you so much!!!

My first encounter here was great. I called to get the medical records today the First Lady I talked to at 10am was nice as well. The Second Lady I spoke with at 11am was rude I initially called for my dogs medical records. I called back because my phone went dead and I wanted to know if the records were sent. I wanted to know if I was speaking with the same lady which I was not. She went back and forth with me saying I didn’t speak to anyone because she was on the phone in the morning. I guest since I didn’t give her an accurate time when I called that gave her a right to be rude. I called her a liar and she hung up the phone. Then I came to the pet care and wanted to speak to a manager the manager wasn’t there. I spoke to the lady that was on the phone and told her I didn’t want to talk

This place is top notch for the price. They took such good care of me and so quickly. They have great customer service as well as medical. The facility is clean and everyone is so kind and gentle.

I waa impressed. The staff went out of its way to accomodate us when we arrived early. They did this without displacing the other clients who had appointments scheduled ahead of us. They won Spotticus Rex's heart with appreciation. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. We got the essential services package in addition to heartworm, flea and tick medication. It really is affordable pet care. I plan to return.
