We had a great experience here during a very stressful time. We brought our cat in because we were worried his jaw might be fractured or broken, and this was the only vet in Central Florida that could get us in quickly and perform a CT scan. The facility was extremely clean, and Dr. Herman was very knowledgeable and thorough. He helped place a feeding tube for our cat and took the time to explain everything. The technicians, Krissy and Shannon, were incredibly kind, and the front desk staff, Anna and Lauren, were also wonderful. Communication was excellent, and the care our cat received over the holidays meant so much to us. We are very grateful for this team.

My fur baby was recently operated on for a knee problem. Dr. Herman was so caring to Lilly and I. I drove an hour each way and they were worth it. I needed to be there at 7:00 am for Lilly's surgery. So I left my house at 5:45 am. It got to be during the afternoon. I was going to throw garbage away and fell. Everyone in the office including Dr. Herman came to see if I was OK. I ended up going to the hospital with no way to get back to Kinetics. Ana one of the Associates came and got me and brought me back. The associates and technicians are amazing. The office and waiting rooms were spotless. There was coffee, tea and water for everyone. If I ever needed or anyone else needed an orthopedic doctor I would tell them don't go anywhere but Kinetics. My pup Scooby had a fracture on one of his paws and now he is all better! The staff was soo friendly and kind and Dr. Herman was so knowledgeable and understanding. Thanks to them, Scooby is all better and being his silly self again. Thank you all!!! 🩵

The staff was friendly, especially Tomi. We took our mini poodle in for an exam to confirm whether or not she completely tore her CCL. The doc confirmed 100 percent that she did exactly that. 😩 The final diagnosis and estimate for surgery threw us for a loop. Anyway, they did what they do in informing us of her condition and what they would determine to be a treatment plan for her. The cost of everything was inconceivable for us. But they did their job. The time spent there to learn her diagnosis and an estimate for surgery took 3 hours. The cost for that was ridiculously high. I'm giving four stars because the place was very neat, clean and one girl especially was very friendly and comforting. While vacationing in FLA our girl Sylvia had to have 2 unplanned surgeries within a week's time and the staff at Kinetic was absolutely amazing! They took very good care of Sylvia and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are truly a class act operation!
