We brought in our two 7 month mastiff puppies for a wellness check up and shots. Jeff was wonderful with our pups. One of our pups was very timid of new people but he sat on the floor and took his time. By the end off the appointment the pups were whining when he would leave the room and happy go lucky when he came back. He was fantastic. He made sure we understood everything they were going to do. He listened, gave us choices on products and care with the pro and cons list so me could make educated decisions and there cost so there would be no surprises at the end. We saw Dr Darby Hannah. She was very thorough with a great rapport with the pups. She talked to us as if we were friends we have known forever. Both were happy to answer questions. We have two kitties that needed to get dewormed but we weren’t sure if we had scheduled them correctly. Kenya at the front desk got us into a room right away for Jeff to start Dottie’s routine exam. We explained our confusion with scheduling and Jeff spoke with Dr. Leavitt to ensure Kit could be seen today as well. Jeff and Dr. Leavitt talked us through the options and took time to educate us on some unknowns. Since we have the premier vital care package for each kitty, the exams were free and all we had to pay for was the medication. This was so wonderful!

I brought our puppy in for his vaccinations and routine wellness check. I was a little worried by some of the reviews I read but honestly we had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. They made our boy feel super adored and cared for and whenever I had a question they answered it. Definitely a good first time experience.

Everyone at this location was so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. They made a genuine effort to make both my dog and I feel comfortable, and I truly felt taken care of throughout the visit. Very friendly, courteous and kind staff! Incredibly clean and well-kept spaces. It’s a little bit of a drive for me to get there, but it’s definitely worth the peace-of-mind they help provide in assisting me make sure my little one is happy and healthy.
