These people tricked myself, my wife and my father into believing we had no other option than to put down our beloved pet. They lied to us about what was wrong with him and then continued to lie after I tried to get answers. The chart notes were changed and several members of this organization failed to show any kind of remorse for what happened. I’ve tried to move past this event for awhile and all the egregious acts that occurred are far too many for this platform but please feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to hear the whole story. I’ve spent over $10k with this organization and they still treated me wrong. If I ever decide to have another pet, I will absolutely never consider taking it to this place. The ordeal that these people put me through has changed me and my want to hav

My experience at VCA was a disgrace. Hours of waiting, zero communication, and a total failure to mention my dog’s dangerously high blood pressure (210) despite her heart condition. They seemed more interested in pushing a $2,000 diagnostic plan than actually stabilized my pet. To cap it off, they quoted $800 for euthanasia right before she passed. Greed over grace. We are done with VCA for good. If I could put no stars I would.

Dr. McDonald and the oncology team provided excellent care for my dog, Frankie, during his radiation treatment series at VCA NWVS. They were very efficient, caring, and supportive during a stressful time. This is the closest clinic to the Seattle area that provides veterinary radiation therapy, and the team was very accommodating and understanding of the travel that was required for each appointment. During my initial phone consultation, Dr. McDonald took the time to thoroughly explain all of the treatment options and answer all of my questions. Throughout treatment, the team checked in to make sure Frankie was doing okay at home. The graduation celebration and gifts were incredibly sweet and brought tears to my eyes. It warms my heart to know my boy was in the hands of such a caring team.

We recently came here due to our kitty Oliver having a blockage. The vet did such a good job explaining to our daughter why we were going to have to make the hard choice to put him down. Every staff member was so kind to all of us and so kind to Oliver. When we picked him up to take him to a crematory, he was in a little white coffin with him name and hearts on it. They also made us the cutest little vials of fur. During such a hard time, they showed so much compassion.

These guys are AMAZING! Doctor Carvajal and his team exceeded any and all expectations. Our young hound Maizey was either injured at a young age or was born with a deformity. Her left leg was twisted in opposite directions upper and lower. Her kneecap was inside her leg. She had no grove either for the kneecap. Doctor Carvajal took two weekends to build molds and bone cuts in order to help our dog. If this did not work Maizey was going to lose her leg. When doctor Carvajal began the surgery he realized the procedure was not going to work how he wanted. He had to pivot right there in active surgery. Maizeys ligaments were incredibly tight. The surgery was hours! We listened to Doctor Carvajal as best we could with post surgery. We gave Maizey some rehab........ We have a new dog! She runs,
