I had such a positive experience bringing my puppy here for his first appointment! Abraham, the doctor’s assistant, was incredibly sweet and patient with my puppy. He made the visit so much less stressful. Dr. Tan took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated as a new puppy parent, and Yaslei at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. I left feeling confident that my pup was in good hands. Highly recommend this team!

We waited for over an hour to see a vet fo our dog's ear infection. In all that time, no one bothered to tell us we needed vaccination records with us. They refused to see our dog without them! They wanted to give him ANOTHER SHOT to be seen. Are they getting kick backs from the vaccine company?! Of course we said NO to the shot and left! I will never go back there again!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Vetco. They lured me in with an offer for a free exam, but I was still charged $85! When I called to ask for a refund, the manager, Jamie, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her dismissive attitude made a frustrating situation even worse. I had to escalate the issue to corporate to finally get the refund processed. This level of poor customer service and deceptive advertising is unacceptable. I would not recommend this Vetco to anyone looking for reliable and honest veterinary care. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I've taken my two dogs and cat here since November, they've received good care in all that time which I'm very thankful for. My Chihuahua used to have allergies so bad she would scratch her skin raw but now she no longer scratches and fur is growing back in places she was balding from. My favorite thing about Vetco Total Care is how I get points from my vet visit that get me rewards to use throughout Petco!

Always a pleasure being there. Take care of my dogs with care and always attentive to my questions. Even little messes get fixed quick without issue. Very attentive and considerate team.
