I want to give a massive shoutout to Nae! She did an amazing job on the lion's cut and truly exceeded expectations, especially considering it was her first time with that style. Way to go, Nae! 👏

I had been taking our cat there for several months to have her nails trimmed and capped. I've been very happy with their service. The last time I called about scheduling an appointment the person was kinda rude when I told her what I needed. She responded "is that it?" "You know we offer other services too." I thought, but I didn't need your other services. I groom my own cat at home, the only thing I need is nail clipping and capping. I'm 71 years old I don't trust myself to clip her nails. Well you lost my business.

I was absolutely shocked at how truly impressive their aquatic section is! Absolutely gorgeous, healthy & HAPPY fish. Fish are usually incredibly neglected, including in pet stores (ex Petco aquarist here) but NOT here - Please support this absolutely commendable and applaudable standard they have set. Thankyou Petsmart for your investment into what is right. Hope to see more locations & competitors follow.

Out of all the PetSmart in a 10 mile radius this is the only one that still says open on New Year’s Day and I drove here like an idiot without calling ahead of time. Still love the company, but I wish the hours were consistent everywhere on Google maps.

I was in the other day! And Alma was just the sweetest girl there! She was so sweet to my dog, Weebo and helped me out finding the right treats and food for him with his sensitivities as I just rescued him a didn't know what to expect 😊 if she's there you're gonna have a great day im sure 💕
