Banfield Pet Hospital

Our dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis. They gave him the necessary medication for the inflamation and he got better. We had good service with the Dr. and techs who took care of our dog.

Yes I’ll leave a review!! They are so amazing to my little girl Bella. I am a dental assistant and know how hard it can be to juggle a full schedule and these assistants really make it look like easy work. I LOVE going to this Banfield I am always greeted with the biggest smile and for me that is a pretty big deal! 🤩 She is very well spoiled and taken care of all because of you guys!!! We love Avondale Banfield!!

Since moving to Arizona from Oregon, I hadn’t found a Banfield I genuinely liked. I felt the vets haven’t had the same compassion/care for my pets like they did in Oregon. Today I had an appointment at this location and I’m happy I finally found a vet that puts my mind at ease. To start, there was a mishap and they thought they left me a voicemail when they hadn’t and I guess they don’t do in room appointments which is a bummer. They were able to squeeze me in anyways and I’m very grateful for that. I was able to talk one on one with Dr. Fitch and he was so patient and kind. He made sure any questions I had wouldn’t go unanswered. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

Incredible staff! They truly treat your pet like their own. Dr.Mac conducted my chi’s dental cleaning and he loved her. He was so happy with the vet tech too! He’s a spicy diva so it’s unusual for him to like any vets (or people). Also, the front desk is awesome. She’s so polite and welcoming. I went to a different location previously and it was terrible. I’m so happy I found another hospital that really cares for my baby! Please view his post-dental face on the video😂

From the front office to the back, receptionist, vet tech, to the vet and everyone in-between have always been kind, honest, and caring. If we have any kind of questions, or concerns, no matter how small or big, they always seem to give us answers or explanation. We been taking are fur babies to Banfield for about over 10 yrs We started with Qc and now at this Banfield ( moved to the west side). Thank you everyone for taking such good care of our babies.
