Very nice staff. Loved Dr. Young and her explanations, delivery and understanding. I think emergency rooms are generally pricey so no shock to the price. Was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews but at every ER I looked at all the bad reviews were the same and sometimes you just have to try it out and see for yourself. Rocky went in because of something he ate and turns out he had an enlarged heart we would have known nothing about. Immediately had an echo done and given meds to help him. Dr. Young sent me very detailed discharged notes and step by step on what to do next. Very thankful and appreciative.

Blue Pearl Animal Hospital took amazing care of my golden retriever, Charlie, when she got sick. The staff was kind, attentive, and explained everything clearly. Charlie was treated like family, and thanks to them she’s back to her happy tail-wagging self. So grateful — highly recommend! 🐾💛

I just want to say how grateful I am for this hospital and the service they provide. I appreciate the care and the understanding they have for pet parents and finding solutions with us to help provide the best care. I had the biggest scare of my life when both my babies got bit by rattlesnakes and I immediately took them to the hospital here and they were seen immediately and worked with us on a plan that would be feasible for us. Leaving them for 12 hours was scary enough but the communication and updates from this team is much appreciated and special shout to Shell I hope I spelled the name ok! Amazing person and super helpful and understanding to our concerns. Appreciated her kindness in these moments where we have to put all our trust in the professionals.

Our dog need emergency surgery to have his spleen removed from a cyst that raptured. He was bleeding internally and had almost an undetectable pulse at the time of arrival. The staff and doctors worked diligently to stabilize him and find out exactly what was wrong. He had his surgery and now, 5 days later is back to his old self. This isn’t the first time we’ve used them, and it won’t be the last. The doctors and staff are kind, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and generous. I wouldn’t recommend any other place other than here!!

From the moment we arrived to discharge the entire staff was very helpful. They made sure to keep me up to date with my dog’s condition. She had surgery and had to stay overnight and I got several messages and calls before bedtime giving me updates on her. We were not just a number to them.
