The process is a bit confusing. You register online and they send you a link that you're supposed to click to let them know when you've arrived, but they don't go in order of who clicks the link first, they go in order of who gets in line first. The system tells you to feel free to wait in your car or browse the store and they will text you when it is your turn. You will NEVER get that text, so you have to get in line. This makes things difficult if you have a dog who is easily stressed, because there are other dogs, cats and people everywhere. It would be great if the system worked though, because people could wait in their cars or browse until it is their turn like it suggests. This is the only reason that I didn't leave a 5 star review. I've taken both my dogs(cocker spaniels) here. The doctor and staff are welcoming and kind. Their prices for routine shots are very good. We love it.

I took my dog that we rescued that had never been to the vet before. She was scared and coward when anyone approached her. The vet staff took time with her, sat and petted her, gave her treats before beginning the exam. They were so patient and sweet with her. They made her first vet experience a positive one.

I have the yearly vet plan on my both my dogs and it pays for it's self !!! They are very nice and care about my fur babies. I love the hours and convience of it. Definitely recommend!
