Pet Grooming by Jenna

I'm a new customer to Jenna as of June 2025 and she is everything I've been looking for in a dog groomer. Scheduling is easy, she sends appointment reminders, the storefront is easy to find, the location is clean. Upon meeting Jenna she asked about health issues to make sure she wouldn't hit any sensitive pain points just generally giving off the vibe that she cared about your animal. My 100lb pup only took a few hours and came out looking fantastic, she listened to all of my feedback and gave him one of the best cuts I've seen on him at an excellent value. He went in super nervous of his new surroundings and came out relaxed and happy, so I know he was treated well. We'll be back and I'd recommend her to anyone in the area without hesitating

Jenna nicked my dog while giving her a haircut last week. I ended up having to take my dog to the vet. After a pretty steep consultation and treatment fee, my dog is thankfully healing. The vet said it was razor burn that became itchy as it started healing, and my dog scratched it, which made it worse. I reached out to Jenna right away and sent her photos and the vet bill. Instead of owning the mistake, she immediately commented that she could see from the bill that dog insurance paid — which is completely untrue and honestly not her business. Even if insurance had paid (it didn’t), I’d still be dealing with deductibles, premiums, and the stress of taking my dog to the vet. The issue wasn’t the money — the issue was that my dog was hurt. Jenna was absolutely amazing! She groomed 3 of my babies and patiently did the nails of my rescue. That alone has makes me 100% trust her because chain stores don't want to deal with him.

Jenna always does such an amazing job with my baby Napoleon! She’s someone who knows how to care for a Newfoundland’s double coat, something I’ve found to be rare as many previous groomers have pushed me to keep him shaved year round. He always comes out of her shop feeling and smelling AMAZING. I’ve also had issues with prior groomers where he’d come home feeling sore and achy from clearly standing too long or being moved in ways that hurt his arthritic joints. That never happens after seeing Jenna and he’s always happy to go see her. And don’t even get me started on how AFFORDABLE she is! I refuse to take him to anyone else and highly recommend!

My dog Chance had never really been around many people, and when we accidentally went to the wrong groomer, he had a low growl when we went in the door. The ladies were rude, and I think he sensed my frustration, and the growl got a little louder. When we got to Jenna's place, I was very worried. We walked in, and he went behind the counter and took to her like he'd known her all of his life. After meeting her and her " little helper," I felt comfortable leaving him there. I will continue to take him there. He was happy and prancing around after we left. Needless to say, I really think he likes her too. Go see her, you will not regret it.
