This is my go to store for all my grooming needs.! For my self independent business .owner! Laurie the receptionist 90% answers the phone and she is great and has Experience in helping out with any questions I have for her! they have a lot in stock and Robert is great too.!

I ordered a gallon of shampoo from Pet agree. When the shampoo came, it was obviously bad. The gallon was swollen, and the odor was terrible. I emailed the company and they promptly replied that they were sending me another gallon. I got the gallon a few days later and that too was bad! This time I called and talked to the company and upon further investigation, the manufacturer had a bad batch. They promptly mailed me another gallon Which was good. I stopped using another supplier because they didn’t honor a bad gallon of shampoo. They actually berated me saying I did something wrong. Petagree has my business For the long haul! Excellent customer service from Linda and Sam!

Me and my Wife own Malissas Grooming in Pryor Oklahoma. We recently attended Heart Of America Grooming Expo in KC. While in the trade show of the Expo we came across the Pet Agree booth. We had been looking into upgrading our Groom tables. We didn't plan on table shoping at the Expo but the Pet Agree booth had what we realized we had to have. Sam and his crew took great care of us. Not pushy in any way like most venders were. Gave us a killer deal on a package bundle we couldn't pass on. The customer service is personable. The shipping company miss handled our order so we reached out to pet agree and Sam got back with us an fix all the shipping companies mishaps. All after normal business hours. Thank you Sam.

If I could rate them a million, I would! Linda goes above and beyond with her customer service. I have been going to their business for over 7 years, and they stay helpful. If you need products they offer next day shipping or you can go to their warehouse. Recommend them to everyone!
