Absolutely love going here very friendly place with a warm felt atmosphere well maintained the owner Debbie she is definitely the person I would go to with questions about my reptile, love the quality of the reptile food I drive 30 mins just to go here. I love that she doesn’t just try to sell me a bunch of stuff like an animal store, I can go here and it’s like a big weight lifted off my shoulders because she knows exactly what my reptile needs and if I have doubts about my reptile she has great suggestions and helps me find out the problem to fix it. This is definitely the place to go.

Debi has been amazing to work with. She's incredibly passionate and knowledgeable on the animals that she works with and is open to discussing care and feeding practices. I've been going to her for frozen mice for the last year and I havent had an issue with any of them. She loves talking reptiles and has a few rescues that have had incredible turn arounds (shout out to Lil Man). I can't think of anywhere I'd rather buy mice from. I have a Crimson Day Gecko, and he doesn't like Dubia Roaches, and so I was so happy when the Bug Lady opened a store and started selling crickets! MOST IMORTANTLY, her crickets are well fed, and the nutrition they get, is what my gecko gets. ALSO, the crickets I get from the Bug Lady chirp -- I guess because they are healthier than the crickets I was buying elsewhere. It's so fun to watch my gecko hunt them. When one starts chirping, he hustles over to stalk it.

I absolutely recommend Atco Reptile Feeders for all of your feeding needs. Debbie is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable on every single Rat and Bug she sells. She knows her stuff and will always point you in the right direction and share her advice and experiences. She has become a great friend of ours just as random customers with our first time owning a bearded dragon. We always love coming in and spending time chatting with her. 10 out of 10 recommend and amazing customer service!

Debbie is a sweet woman with a huge heart for animals and our environment. She really cares about providing high quality products and feeders, she gives great advice, she’s very friendly and personable, and she does so much charity work and donates so much of her valuable time and expert enclosures to organizations in need. I’m so glad we can shop with her locally instead of big box pet stores that don’t give a crap about their animals and who sell really poorly feeders. Anyone who’s left a one star review is either 1) someone who has an illegal animal who she wouldn’t sell to because she has integrity and they didn’t like that or 2) they were being disrespectful and Debbie doesn’t do disrespect.
