VEG ER for Pets

On Friday, February 27, I took my beloved dog Bruno to VEG Eden Prairie when he was extremely lethargic and suffering from a serious oral condition. From the very first moment, I felt surrounded by genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. As soon as we arrived at Urgent Care, we were welcomed by the Operations Lead, Ms. Erika Molina, whose kindness and dedication immediately put me at ease. She efficiently coordinated Bruno’s care and, throughout our entire visit, repeatedly checked in on us, making sure we felt supported and informed every step of the way. Our Berner received phenomenal care here yesterday during a scary vomiting episode. We were on our way back from out of town, and Dr. Dubreuil seamlessly worked with my parents who were present with our pup in person and with us on the phone as we made our way through the airport. Once he knew we had landed, Dr. Dubreuil called to speak with us directly through each step of his treatment. We did not feel rushed to make decisions or that we were causing an inconvenience. Treatment recommendations, options, and pricing were transparently and thoroughly laid out with pros and cons for all, and our initial overpayment after we changed our treatment plan was immediately refunded the difference. I went to their new location in Eden Prairie. We received a sad diagnosis, but the fact that they were able to figure out what was wrong and help us work through decisions while staying by our pet's side the whole time was incredible. I have never experienced such a human process before. Being able to be at Bailey's side as they drew blood, did an ultrasound, was extremely comforting for Bailey and us. A WONDERFUL place to go in the worst moments. Took our dog here tonight with some scary issues. All of the staff was welcoming and kind, costs were laid out and clear with a lot of options and recommendations, needs were explained in ways that were easy to understand, the energy was calm and focused, and the facility was clean and open so our dog was not stressed. This is the place to go when you need care!!

AMAZING STAFF!! I knew it was going to be expensive coming in but so worth it for how well they took care of my pup! 🐶 Thank you for what you guys do!! 🙏
