We just had our first visit and the entire process was amazing. Starting with being able to make an appointment online even as a first time patient. They had all the records sent over to them from our previous vet and were ready for us when we arrived. Our dog was sick and they ran all the appropriate tests and treated our dog so well. The staff is so kind and genuine! We waited in the car with our pet until a room opened up and they came out to our car to personally escort us in! They quickly diagnosed the issue and even did the hard part of administering the ear medication for us!
