The first time I walked into the store I was not sure what to expect. But I received excellent help and found the perfect food for my senior cat with tummy issues. Brian is always friendly and professional. The store is easy to navigate and clean. Plus, I appreciate the rewards!!

I went here for some freeze dried treats. I have never been to this location and I was able to locate them within 5 mins without looking for isle labels etc. The store was very clean and the employee was nice. Great quick stops. The selection was great for food and treats but not much else

I love Chuck & Don’s! I’ve been buying food for my kitty from the Eden Prairie location as well as their online store, and I’m always impressed. High-quality products, excellent customer service, and often same-day delivery. I’m so grateful for this company!

went to this location last night (10/5) to make a return and felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome by the employee working. i was greeted with a “hey what’s up” when i walked in the store, then when i said i needed to make a return i felt as if i was inconveniencing the employee for making them do their job. i’ve usually had top tier customer service from this store, so i was very disappointed at the poor customer service.

Always a great experience! The staff is super helpful and kind. The store is clean and well-stocked.
