Oh my gosh!! We brought our 55 lb. Labradoodle and 12 lb. Coton de Tulear fur babies in today to be groomed. Our dogs were a mess and after getting groomed by Helia we could not be happier. The staff was courteous and friendly. My husband met the manager Jackson who was also friendly , helpful and informative. Plus, we called yesterday and were able to get an appt within 24 hours. We are extremely happy, and our little fur babes are no longer embarrassed how they used to look. 😂 Thank you Helia and Pet Evolution of Eden Prairie. Our first time there and we will be back. If we could give them 10 stars we would. Thank you again!

Hope is a wonderful groomer and my Shih Tzu enjoys his time at Pet Evolution! He walks in happy and leaves happy. I am very pleased with their service and they are always very kind. I also enjoy receiving a “report card” of sorts explaining how he acted and what was done during the appointment. I will definitely continue to bring my pup here!

Jessica did an amazing job with my husky. First time going here, they were very quick, good communication & my dog came out happy looking fantastic!

ORIGINAL POST 03/2025: Thoroughly impressed!! I'll be a repeat customer for Kelsey at Pet Evolution in Eden Prairie. She was kind, thoughtful and helped me understand the best type of cat bath & cut for my long hair senior kitty, Harlow. The summary at the end of the visit is nice to have a record of what was done day of service. Anyone needing cat grooming should make sure to book with Kelsey!

Very kind staff and the self-serve wash was always great, but be careful with their billing. I had a monthly recurring membership for my dog before he died. I canceled my membership in-store after he died but was still getting the monthly charges. I couldn't manage it online or over the phone, and had to go back into the store to get it canceled. It adds salt to the wound to be getting charged for a service when my pet was no longer alive.
