Best veterans around! They are very caring and professional. Also quick to answer any questions I have and great follow up! They take great care of my dogs!

We had a bit of an emergency with our 1-yo cat. We've taken our pets to VCA before with smooth appointments in the past, but they got me an appointment in an hour notice when I suspected a potential emergency. Even with a different vet and staff than our usual Tuesday appointments, they were incredibly kind, patient, and willing to answer the million questions I had. Thank you Doctor Martin for making us feel at ease despite the circumstances, and thank you to the front desk staff for helping me figure out a working schedule during such a busy holiday season.

I was given an appointment with in 2 hours of calling for a sick cat . The vet and his assistant are very nice and informative and had great concern about the cats health and what he needed . They handled the cat with compassion and care . After the initial visit they called for 3 day's to check on cat and answered any questions that I had . Prices are high but they are high every where I have taken the cat . The hole veterinary field now charges double what they did 3 year's ago . I would highly recommend them for emergencies or just of regular checkup. They are absolutely great.

From our first time with our Golden Retriever when she was 6 weeks old to now that she is 3 years old we always have had the best experience. Our sweet girl loves going to VCA Valley Animal Hospital all because the entire staff has treated her with love, care, and compassion! It's so nice and comforting to know that your fur baby is in excellent hands while getting the upmost care! VCA will always be our choice for our Golden girl!

This place is AWFUL! Corporate run now, and OMG! NO one can afford to take their animal there. Staley is the worst! She used to be a descent vet, now, she'll throw a $500 dollar bill in your face and smile about it! Trying to explain to me that "her employees" require $20 bucks an hour, and how the cost have to be passed on! Really? I've been taking my MANY pets there for 20 years and today was the last straw!! They are so much more worried about how much you'll pay, they don't even acknowledge you have a sick pet and need help!! NO ONE in their right mind will take their pet there! This is an honest opinion from someone with experience taking their animal there, I have no reason to lie!
