Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience here! David went above and beyond to help me when my puppy got carsick all over herself and my car. It was my first time at Wag N Wash and he walked me through every step of the self service wash station. He and the young man working checked on me several times to see if I needed help with anything, which I didn’t because they provide literally everything you could need. It was so clean, so convenient and SO AFFORDABLE. And when I left, David hooked me up with supplies to clean up the mess in my car. It wasn’t anything crazy or extravagant but this kind of customer service seems harder and harder to come by. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for turning my morning around!

Wag N’ Wash the store it self is fantastic so many choices. The Groomers are top notch Barb and Lauren and a young lady long blonde hair I don’t know her name are so outstanding. Zoey and Louie have been getting groomed at Wag N’ Wash since they opened. What an excellent job they do. My pups are happy and not stressed out. I’m so pleased with Wag N’Wash

We love coming to Wag N’ Wash with our dog, Snoopy. The staff is always so kind and helpful! Whether we are there to do a self wash or ask about toys and treats, someone has always been there to assist us. Checking out is done quickly and Snoopy always gets a treat from the cashier which he loves. Today, the store was pretty busy since it was a Saturday and Valentine’s Day and still we were able to get our boy taken care of. We got Snoopy’s nails trimmed and the groomer, Lauren, was so sweet and gentle with him! The other groomer (I didn’t catch her name) even came over and helped keep our anxious guy occupied so Lauren could finish up. Wag N Wash is a wonderful asset to the community! I have been several times for my two dogs, and will share the story I think best reflects their customer service. Before I adopted my second dog, I was bringing him home as a foster. I am a volunteer with the shelter he came from and they had warned me about his smell, but with chronic sinus issues causing a reduced sense of smell, I brushed it off. 10 minutes after loading him, I wasn’t sure I was going to make it back into Roanoke without being physically ill. I called the store to explain the situation and ask if there was anyway I could stop to use their self grooming service on my way home. I took my dog, Blu, to Wag N’ Wash for a self-wash, and it was a fantastic experience! The setup had everything I needed to give my dog a full bath, and the elevated tubs made it so much easier—no bending over, which was a huge bonus. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The store is amazing too, with a great selection of toys, food, and treats, and the prices were very reasonable.
