VCA Stoney Creek Animal Hospital

Been here twice with my cat and recently with my dog. They offer free first exam coupons. They also had this adorable Valentine’s day set up when we visited! Staffs friendly and helpful- although it’s on the pricier side for us it’s a great place with easy booking and fast appointments!

Just moved back to the area and was really impressed with the staff and their care and compassion. However unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning. The prices were extraordinarily high. I was charged $70 for a medication and later found the same one on Chewy for $20 cheaper. I also was charged almost $100 for a heartworm/test when normally this would only be around $50-$60 at our previous vet in Florida. We will be doing more research on more cost-friendly options, so if you’re looking for fair prices, I can’t recommend this office.

I selected this particular veterinary clinic because it is one that was available when I adopted my little kitty. However, I have to admit this has been a very family-friendly veterinary that does not go out of its way to pad your bill, so definitely give them a try even if you have not recently adopted your animal but purchased it... They're absolutely knowledgeable and did everything To make sure that my adopted Kitty got the best of care. As you can see in the photos that I provided, my new family member was very comfortable in the surroundings that were provided for:)

VCA is a life saver! My bunny (pictured here looking very angry that I put her in her carrier 😂) started acting off and the lovely people at VCA were able to get me an appointment the same day I called. Both the vet and vet tech I saw were incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the front office staff are all SO sweet. I would definitely recommend taking your pet to VCA!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lempert today who saw my ferret. All the staff were caring and friendly. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule, and even got me in earlier than planned. Dr. Lempert was very knowledgeable and compassionate. She was quick to diagnose too! Prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much!
