I had my very first visit this past Monday and I am blown away with the care my little kitty recieved. She's been chronically sick, i saw a vet in a different state many times but never resolved the issue. With one visit to this location and she's doing so much better!! The vet truly cared and was so tender with my baby. They have reached out wanting to know updates. Im so glad I chose this location to take care of my baby.
We are absolutely so grateful for their kind hearts and expertise. We are brand new parents of an adorable puppy…..in a three day period they’ve dewormed her then fixed her up after a biting incident from another dog. (No permanent damage, thankfully) They have taken such good care of her and such good care of us, too! They really value every animal that comes in, and they navigate us panicky parents with ease. Thank you Debbie, Dr.Sam, and everyone else I’m not remembering names of!! 🩵🩵
So I hate to do this but I am beyond upset and feel I have been taken advantage of at this location. I brought my dog in to get groomed, his shots and a wellness check. They attempted to groom him, and did not do anything but mess up his coat. They had him for over 8 hours(the first round). So they called me and said we couldn’t get him dry you will need to take him home and bring him back, we also think he has an ear infection. Which he had a wellness check that day also so I don’t know why it was missed. When I picked him up he was shedding everywhere even worst then before and they had shaved his belly without calling me and asking me! I asked them about it because I am not okay with that because husky/malamutes hair can grow back messed up if you shave it. And she casually said oh it’s
Think twice before bringing your kittens here. I brought my 9 week-old kitten in after he showed symptoms of lethargy, loss of appetite, vomiting, and diarrhea. They felt his heart and kidney, tested his stool for parasites (came back negative), and said he was just dehydrated and to get him to drink water. Right... Well, he got much worse and didn't touch food or water so I took him to Murray Animal Hospital where they IMMEDIATELY diagnosed our poor little guy with Panleukopenia (FPV). I asked Murray vet why, when I took him to VCA, they didn't test or recognize FPV, and they just kinda shrugged their shoulders. It was obvious to them (Murray) because you know, our kitten demonstrated every single common sense symptom of FPV. We then took our kitten to MedVet (Murray's suggestion) to imm
The veterinarians themselves are good. However, after spending $$$ on tests to see what is wrong with my cat the reception staff made it seem like it was my fault I hadn't heard back from the vet about results. I never received their first call even though I saved their number in my phone to avoid it getting flagged as a spam call. The second time they called I was in a position where I was genuinely unable to answer their call. But when I called back the receptionist was not kind or understanding and basically said "well they tried to call you" in an accusatory tone and then said they would leave a note for the vet to call again. I waited all that day for a call that never came to help me understand what is wrong with my cat who I am very stressed about.
