I’ve been here in the valley over 25+ years involved with animal rescue - we are blessed with some amazing vets and I’ve just got to say this was hands down my best first impression of a vet. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michelle, Stephanie, Shawna and Dr Davis and I’m very happy to say this is my vet moving forward. Michelle at the front desk was the first I met, she’s amazing and really made me feel like me and my pets were the most important thing in the world! I’m very impressed with everyone and everything about this vet clinic. I had a very scary moment last week with my 17 year old kitty struggling to breathe and we couldn’t get in to our normal vet. My vet recommended Trilogy. I’m so grateful to them for all they did to save my kitties life. Jen, one of the nurses is absolutely amazing. She was so caring and compassionate, giving me constant updates. She did everything she could to make my kitty comfortable from giving her her favorite treats to playing bird videos on her phone. Even after we left their care, Jen checked in often to get updates. You can tell she really cared. Dr. Davis and the whole team at Trilogy Vet Medical Center are amazing! My dog Chili was having a tough time with a UTI, and they took such great care of her from start to finish. Dr. Davis was super kind, explained everything clearly, and made sure Chili was comfortable the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Chili is back to her happy, playful self now thanks to Dr. Davis and his staff. I’m so grateful for how attentive and compassionate everyone was. I actually support veterinary hospitals but don't have one close to my daughter's house so I referred my daughter here and she just shared what an amazing visit she had with Jen and Dr. Davis. She's a new pet owner and was nervous about what to expect. She left so excited and felt she just found her new vet family for life. Called this last Saturday morning in a panic as my mini dachshund, Hank, woke up in pain. Mary Jane quickly got my info and set up a same day appointment, we got there an hour earlier than the planned time but they got us in anyway. Jordan was our vet tech and we saw Dr. Vigh- everyone was awesome start to finish. I just recieved a phone call today checking in on how he is doing. Despite him being diagnosed with stage 1 IVDD, he is now on medications to help with pain and i recieved a lot of advice on how to care for him at home and prevent further injury to his spine. Its gonna be a long road to for our little guy as he is only 3 but I feel confident and comfortable in knowing I can trust Dr. Vigh with his care. She also has dachshunds so I know she is very well educated on his breed and
