Meds for Vets

Id give 0 stars. Do not waste your time with this establishment. I had an RX sent Sept 2. Heard nothing so I called the 8th. Come to find out, & only when I called, that there was an issue with my RX. So they had to call my dr to get it resent & told me they'd text me when its ready. I waited a couple days, checked back in after no text. It was the 10th now and i was able to get confirmation it was recieved, filled and would be sent out over night. I paid for the medication & shipping. Waited. Waited. Waited. Called again that Saturday and asked where my medication was and what was taking so long. Was told now it wouldnt be here until September 15th. This medication needs to be refrigerated so the tech told me to call Monday the 15th and ask for a replacement to be sent out at no cost. So

Have been getting my cats prescription here for years. They used to have a message when you call them that said “when we say we’re fast, we mean it!” And they used to be. My vet could call it in and it would be ready to pick it up the next day. Unfortunately, they have erased that message, and now it takes about a week for her prescription to be ready. So best to plan ahead.

This is the second time I’ve been told my dogs meds have been mailed and they’re not. Not only are they not mailed this time they are not even making it and don’t know if they will be in the future. I have been tools they were sent out twice this month. And have wasted this time trying to find another pharmacy. Plus the price was raised two times the amount I have been paying. Not professional and scared for my dog

I have used MFV, both professionally and for my own pets. The support from the team when calling in has been a positive experience (Hannah is very pleasant and reliable with following up on the status of my orders). Overall, pleased to have a local compounding pharmacy!

TL;DR: my dog went without meds because MFV was unable to fulfill orders and didn't inform their customers about the delay. I placed an order using the online refill form (the second time I've used the form) on 2/20 and got an email saying that the medicine would be made and shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. MFV contacted me and said my order couldn't be processed until I called them back. Weird, but ok. I called them back on 2/27 and gave them my credit card info again, which seemed to be the holdup. My credit card was charged on 2/28. On 3/10, I called to check on my order status. I was told that the sterile room needed maintenance and they hadn't been able to make any meds back there. My understanding was that the room was now fixed, and I was told the medicine would "hopefu
