Utah Animal Adoption Center

I recently lost my 16 year old cat who I’ve had since the day he was born. He was my soul mate and my whole heart. When he passed it was as if a bazooka blasted through my chest shattering my heart. During his last days we were looking at kittens and found this adoption center. I filled out an application and was approved. Yesterday, we went here and I met my little heart healer ❤️‍🩹 I knew in 2.5 seconds he was my new baby. This place cares so much for the animals they bring in and have such an amazing goal to help end kill shelters by finding the best homes for these stunning creatures. So professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend. It’s extremely clean and well taken care of.

I adopted my cat Clementine recently from here and had an amazing experience. She is a fantastic addition to my home and Nikell made sure everything was going well.

I was so impressed with Utah Animal Adoption Center! They made the adoption process super easy, and it was great to see how the cats were being treated. We were a little nervous to introduce a 3 month old female kitten to our resident 6 month old female kitten (who we found in the desert so we are unsure if she has ever really socialized with other kittens), but the employees gave great advice, and the two are already best friends after one week of a gradual introduction.

They were amazing to work with!! We had a senior kitty, Izzy and decided to get a kitten. We went to an event and saw a kitty that just melted our hearts, Fiona. I love that they take the time to make sure its a good fit and know how the pet will be taken care of. A few months in Fiona and Izzy were really struggling to get along. We were really worried about Izzy. After lots of tears and trying every suggestion I could find I called our kittens original foster mom. She talked me though our options. Giving up Fiona was not an option for me. Ultimately we landed on getting another kitten to see if it shifted the dynamics in the house and they would leave Izzy alone. I was thrilled that we were given the option to foster a little guy so if it didn't work that was ok. They found us 4 little

For a shelter that is amazing at everything they do! I have done a small amount of service for them and the characters that work there are always so passionate about animals and not just their animals but other shelters and other aspects of life. After talking to so many of them they each go out of their way to foster animals that don't even fit in their shelter. All of the animals here are in great hands and have some amazing people watching over them. My only regret is that i dont have a better job that would allow me to donate more of my time there.
