Customer service was great! They were helpful, friendly and knew what they were doing. The prices here were also great! Good clearance items and great choice of dog toys, tools, beds, feeding bowls and more! Excited to come back when we want to pamper our pup. It’s cool that they have grooming here too! It looked spacious and seemed professional! Loved that the employees didn’t try to keep pressuring us into making an account with them like a couple of the other pet stores do… Also they had a great selection on extra tiny dog harnesses and collars!

Had the best experience today! The staff was so friendly and informative we used the pet wash and got some great toys on deal. Much better than Petco and other corporate companies. Will return here over them anytime! Great selection for collars, toys, treats, food and a great pet wash! Update: little nova saw Izzy today and I’m extremely happy with her grooming! Izzy is friendly, personable and worked with nova so good! We were lucky to meet her just shopping around in store and definitely trust her! Grooming was affordable and Izzy will be novas regular groomer!

Bayleigh bathed my sweet 12 yr old doxy, Sophie, today. She was so kind, and did a great job. We have loved the store since it opened, and will be back for grooming services.

Update: The owner contacted me and wanted to make things right with the poor grooming experience. He offered to fix my dog’s cut and have him back to be groomed next time to earn our trust back. He also said they were going to adjust their grooming schedule and work with their groomer on improving communication with clients. I really appreciated the time he took to reach out to me, and that he wanted to do everything he could to make things right. He was very understanding and kind. —————————————————————————— The store is nice, and the selection of items was good, but I can’t say anything good about the groomer. Maria said we could pick our dog up in 2.5 hours. We returned to find the groomer chatting with the clerk at the register, and our dog wasn’t dry and hadn’t been groomed. She

This is quickly becoming one of our favorite stores to shop at in Sandy. Staff is always very helpful and friendly whenever we go in. They have a great selection of high-quality dog and cat food and always seem to have what we need in stock. Their toy selection is HUGE and way more affordable than any other petstore we've shopped at. We only need dog and cat supplies, but they also seem to have a good selection of fish, reptile, winged, and other furry creature supplies. Their rewards program is great with points and frequent emailed coupons. Next time we go in, we're bringing our dogs for a self wash!
