1 year since Sissy the Calico went to VCA Colonial on 3/2/25 late one Sunday afternoon. Nothing bad to say on care that others have not said on Xray price, sedation and offsite read price. Over $750. Overall price seemed high ($1600) but I never had a cat to a hospital. The offsite read need seemed a little off as I would think a Cornell grad could just read it.. Everything done to the cat is out of owners view like others said. Dr Laura Pollock was Vet. She was great. Sky too. She only ruled out what it probably was not. More testing could be done at a later date. She had a fever and would not eat. Was very low energy. That is what we took her for. Vet gave her some IV meds. Sent us home with Ear Cream to help increase appitite and antibiotics. She did well after. She is liv

I brought my cat in (Henry), he was practically knocking on heaven’s door because of a urinary tract blockage. Every single person was so helpful and kind. They immediately started doing everything they could for him. They genuinely saved my boy and had the most passion towards him. He is home happy healthy eating and playing. They kept us informed and made the fear of it all, feel less scary for lack of a better term. from front desk to doctor they were compassionate and thorough. It is borderline a miracle he is alive and it is because of this hospital. thank you for saving my handsome boy. 4k absolutely worth every penny.

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Ross , Dr. Butler and his team . without the wonderful people employed at this animal hospital. I truly believe that the outcome for my dog would not have been as positive as it was. I feel truly blessed to have crossed paths with you all thank you so much. Dan and Bear .

Took my dog Bronson in on Emergency he was completely lethargic. They put him on fluids immediately which is great. However upon being released my dog was left with a bandage on and we were told to remove it after 1 hour. We did so and when removing the bandage the wound started squirting blood, all over the receipt for the visit. Upon examining the IV wound the “IV pick” was left inserted in my dogs vein causing blood to erupt. I was able to remove the IV Pick carefully and get a picture which I will include. They were nice and compassionate staff however this is a major error on their part and it was not a cheap visit so we are pretty upset. The good news is our dog made a miraculous turn around and recovered after a day and is back to his normal self. But I seriously cannot believe the

I took my beloved best friend Boots to the ER On a random cold Friday. The staff was super compassionate and helpful and kind to me and Boots. I didnt get the best news and had to make a difficult decision for her. The staff were super kind and supportive. Here is a picture of Boots in better days. Also - facility is accessible for anyone in a manual wheelchair. Doors are wide and easy to navigate.
