Bed and Biscuit of Ithaca - Country Club for Dogs and Cats

Willa had the BEST time during her stay here! This place came highly recommended from my coworkers and I can see why. I’ve never been able to fully tire her out but somehow they managed to do the impossible.

My dog loves loves loves the bed and biscuit. I know she is safe, has plenty of love and playtime. It’s such a relief having an excellent place with amazing staff to send her too!

I'm slightly confused about the overwhelmingly positive reviews here. We boarded our dogs here recently for the first time and it was extremely expensive - $140 more expensive than we were quoted on their website. I was told this was because there is a half day boarding fee for them staying the day on Sunday, even though they are not open for pickup until 4 PM on Sundays. You can potentially arrange early pickup on Sundays if you want to pay an extra fee for that as well. Honestly, the whole business model here seems to be getting you to add on more and more fees until you have an outrageous bill. $380 to board two dogs in the same kennel for one weekend was expensive enough for me. As for the boarding, we had no issues but the whole thing seemed very impersonal. I showed up with my dogs

Absolutely fantastic! The team at Bed and Biscuit is super friendly and my dog loves them. This is saying a lot since my boy is usually wary of new people. I’ve boarded him here twice and the second time I dropped him off, he couldn’t wait to go. He gave the team member at drop off a big hug. I love that they post photos of the dogs on their Facebook site regularly so I can see my boy and the other cute dogs while I’m away. They always looks so happy. They definitely tailor their service to the individual dog. The site is also very clean and well managed.

Bed and Biscuits is just awesome! They have been so accommodating and friendly every time I’m there. My Chocolate Lab June absolutely loves it there. When we pull up in in the morning she can’t get out of the car fast enough. When I pick her up in the evening she is worn out and if you know Labs that’s almost impossible. Especially an 8 month old Lab! I highly recommend Bed and Biscuits of Ithaca.
