Cayuga Pet Hospital

Today was our first visit with Cayuga Pet Hospital. We saw Dr. Wood and Liz. We had a great experience. Our dog is a rescue and needs time to feel comfortable. Dr. Wood gave us options for treatment and took alot of time with our dog Luna. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Extremely caring and kind veterinary service, they did offer me a free flea treatment, as well as a discount, when I explained that I was having trouble making my SS check last the month these days. I felt very thankful to have that support and understanding, and the doctor was very professional and treated my cat with a lot of care. Thank you so much for your benevolence and for helping my little darling. I think my girl sensed that she was getting treatment, even though she was stressed with the visit, because she started eating her food again when we got home.

Best vet clinic I've ever encountered. This place feels like a concierge vet, they are so helpful, considerate, and friendly that it always feels like my pets are the top priority! We've gotten amazing care for our senior dogs and accidental kitten acquisitions. Dr. Wood is incredible and always answers any questions I have. The vet techs and front desk staff are wonderful and so sweet to our pets. I could not ask for better, more thoughtful care! The clinic itself was recently renovated and looks great, and I love that we exit through a side door after an appointment. It's perfect for pets (and owners) with anxiety or stress, since there's almost no contact with other patients coming in as we leave. Highly recommend and thank you to the staff for everything they've done for my family!

I have entrusted my cat with Cayuga Pet Hospital for the past four years and I can't recommend a better place for your fur babies. Dr. Bonnie and Dr. Wood are experienced and empathetic professionals, and the entire staff always treats my cat like she's their own. My dog suffered a broken toe while at boarding just before Christmas 2024. We went to Cornell Emergency Vet for immediate care, and all follow-up visits were handled through CPH. We’ve only seen Dr. Wood, and she has been fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. The entire staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I also enrolled my pup in their preventative maintenance plan and plan to continue bringing him here for ongoing care.
