If you are looking for the perfect place to take your pet / babies this is definitely the right place . I am a first time dog mommy and I was so nervous when my puppy Lola got a small cough other places made me feel unheard and like I wasn’t worth their time but not this place . From when I first called the girl on the phone was so sweet and kind and willing to help me through the process of getting her an appointment right away . She made me feel comfortable before I even got to the place . Then when I came in the staff were all busy with other patients but still managed to acknowledge you as you walk in and make you and your pet feel seen. I got there early and they still checked me in and told me I might have to wait still but we’re so nice about it . It’s not their fault I was super ea

I love this hospital so much! I know my pups & kitty are safe here and well taken care of. Everyone at the hospital shows nothing but love and kindness towards the pets and owners. The Doctors and technicians are so sweet and the front desk representatives are super welcoming! I especially want to thank/shout out Kayla at the front desk. She was super helpful during check in and check out!

I have all 3 of my cats enrolled here with VCA they provide great care and love to my babies and understand how much I love them. I actually adopted one directly from VCA AVENTURA. Her name was PULGA but i renamed her SIX. She is 7-9 months old and had a rough upbringing so i decided to give her some life in her life and brought her home to meet her siblings VEGAS & KANE. NOw im a kitty papi of 3. 😍

I couldn’t be happier with the clinic. They have found my lost shihtzu and promptly proceded to scan the chip that was linked to my phone number and address. They called me right away to let me know Iris is safe and sound, and that she is ready for pick up. While attending the dog, they made sure for Iris to be comfortable, they cleaned her and even administered eye ointment as she has an eye allergy that requires frequent cleanups. So pleased with their sense of urgency and promptness.
