Don’t waste your time calling, they won’t pick up. It seems like the bare minimum in terms to customer service is needed to be an employee. There may be about 2 associates that enjoy their job. If you’re black and you trigger someone’s social anxiety with your presence regardless of a smile on your face, you’ll either get followed around in the store (justified by stocking the self), or have all of your questions answered in a begrudging tone. It’s the closest one, but I’ll go the extra mile to another store to avoid having to be vexed over divisive customer service.

Terrible customer service from the store manager and a white manager with blonde hair. Two weeks ago, I spoke with the girl who trains my dog, explaining that I couldn't continue because I moved an hour away. My dog ​​had just finished the first level, and I had purchased a complete three-level package. I wanted a refund for the other two levels my dog ​​wouldn't be taking. This PetSmart at this Aventura location is really nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I purchased stuff for my aquarium and for my macaw.
