Tiny Paws Teacup & Toy Puppy Boutique

This place is absolutely shameful. The puppies are treated like inventory, not living beings. No proper beds. No blankets. No consistent food visible. Not even basic training pee-pee pads. The puppies are forced to sit in small glass enclosures all day, often in their own mess. There is no sign of proper exercise, no walks, no enrichment — nothing. For a store that charges premium prices for “designer” and teacup breeds, the level of neglect is disgusting. Even worse, these tiny puppies are reportedly left alone overnight from around 5 PM until the next morning — completely unsupervised. Small breeds require warmth, monitoring, and constant care. Leaving them alone in a cold store environment is beyond irresponsible. If you care about animal welfare, do not support this business. Puppi

I visited this store once, and I was honestly shocked by the conditions the puppies are kept in. 🤯😱 Tiny puppies — babies — sitting on thin blankets on the floor. No beds. No potty pads. They were peeing directly on the floor and then forced to be in the same space. That is not proper care!!! That is neglect of basic hygiene and comfort. These puppies are being sold for thousands of dollars, yet the store cannot provide something as simple and inexpensive as potty pads or proper bedding? There is no excuse for that. Animals are not inventory. They are living beings. The conditions I witnessed were unacceptable and deeply upsetting. Do better.

I've never heard of a place not allowing you to play with the puppies before you purchase one. I understand for safety reasons and all I guess... I mean what could a tiny teacup puppy do to you honestly, anyways! Don't go to this location in general. There are no smiles anywhere and the atmosphere was not welcoming AT ALL! If I could do zero Stars I would.

I visited this place over a few weeks when in search for a new puppy. My husband went without me as well to check it out. We went to a ton of places. Based on the reviews, I had a lot of questions. I initially wanted a teacup chihuahua but based on my lifestyle, the lovely girls recommended a schnauzer. The boutique is very welcoming and the dogs are kept clean and happy. Nicoll and Sara know the dogs like their own. Isabella is super generous and patient. I had a ton of questions to ensure my dog didn’t come from a bad breeder and they were able to honestly answer my questions. I had the option of going anywhere in the world to get a new dog but totally fell in love with my teacup schnauzer and the girls at the store. They took good care of her. We lost out 18 year old Chihuahua in June 2020 and obviously we were devastated. Our original plan was to wait and rescue but it was the middle of the pandemic and we decided we wanted a puppy the next day. I saw a little teacup chihuahua at Tiny Paws and called but she wasn't available anymore. I went to another store in Miami and saw a chihuahua and it felt exactly how I didn't want it to feel... like a typical Miami puppy store. I then got a text from the owner Karen from Tiny Paws with another teacup male chihuahua and he was just the cutest little thing. We were nervous to get a teacup puppy, but agreed to go look at him. When I walked into Tiny Paws I immediately got a good feeling. I liked how the puppy pens were set up. She brings them all home every night and has individual little
