Banfield Pet Hospital

Since 2012, Benfield Pet Hospital has been taking care of my pets. I routinely use the wellness plan to keep my dog and cats healthy. I recommend.

I've had several dogs throughout my life, but this is my first experience with Banfield Pet Hospital. Started taking my 5 yr old, male Pitbull mix a little over a month ago. My fur baby suffers from allergies, so we have seen several vets over the past 4 years. I didn't have pet insurance so I joined the Banfield group with a monthly care plan. I do think it was a good idea. I believe that I'd probably be paying more elsewhere for the same or similar services. The staff at Banfield Aventura, FL are very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, wonderful people. I've recently had the opportunity to meet and work with 2 veterinarians there on the care of my precious dog. I have no complaints so far. Today, Dr. Perez performed the surgery on my fur baby. Had our first visit yesterday for our newest fur baby and Dr. Jasmine Padilla was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions, she was very kind & compassionate. The young lady at the front desk was also very sweet. I am very happy I can bring my babies and feel comfortable with the treatment they receive.

I came to this clinic with my very sick cat who was in serious condition and struggling to breathe. I waited 40 minutes in the exam room. Then I went out to the front desk to ask how much longer I would have to wait. They told me, "The doctor will come now." I waited another 15 minutes — and still no one came. At that point, I had no choice but to leave. My pet was suffering, and this clinic clearly showed zero urgency, zero compassion. If your pet's life matters to you — DO NOT come here. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a veterinary office

Me and Wick had a couple great experience here at Banfield. I believe we have seen 3 different Vets here and all were very nice, didnt feel rushed, all showed concern for my cat as if it were theirs. front desk ladies were also very friendly. will definitely return in the future if Wick needs some more vet attention.
