I cant say enough great things about this place. The level of care, compassion, and kindness from the entire staff is above and beyond anything I could ever expect. They were my dogs vet since he was a puppy and I have always loved them...but when I had to put my Archie boy down??? WOW!! Just WOW!! The level of compassion, support, and sympathy was just something I cant even begin to describe. They were AMAZING...especially Kate!! That girl deserves a raise for sure. She is the sweetest, kindest soul ive ever met and I wouldn't have gotten thru that day without her. I will never take my pets anywhere else but valpo animal hospital!!

Dr. Butler and Dr. Foley are both excellent! Our pup absolutely loves them! They are thorough in their exams and very good with our boy. Dr. Butler even lets him sniff the tools before she looks in his ears so he knows what's coming! The staff are all very friendly and clearly love their jobs. They go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered before you leave. The staff are very upfront about costs before they do the labs, x-rays, medicines, tests etc. So no surprises when you go to pay at checkout. We highly recommend them and will trust no one else with our pup!

Over a year ago, our family dog was at the end of his life. They were there for us every step of the way. I’ll never forget how compassionate the entire staff was and I will always be so grateful. Even today, dropping off my three cats (spay, neuter etc) I knew they would receive nothing but the best care ❤️

Wonderful place! I was nervous about taking my cat here (he was too!) but everyone was so good with him and did their best to help him feel comfortable. We will definitely continue coming back.

Valparaiso Animal Hospital has truly impressed us! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We arrived for our appointment and were immediately taken to an examination room, which was a huge plus. My cat, who is typically very anxious during vet visits, was understandably terrified, but the staff were patient and genuinely tried to soothe her. The veterinarian was wonderful, providing thorough care and addressing all our concerns with compassion. What really stood out was the cleanliness of the facility and the pleasant, fresh scent. Our previous vet's office always had an unpleasant odor, but Valparaiso Animal Hospital is impeccably clean and inviting. We are so happy to have found such a caring and professional vet.
