Thank you Bittersweet Pet Resort! Myrna had a great time!! She enjoyed staying with you over the long 4th of July weekend. Her room was comfy and nice! She enjoyed having the TV to keep her company. Myrna really enjoyed all the attention she received from everyone there. Everyone is so nice! Myrna made some great 4 legged friends as well! She enjoyed group playtime a lot! The treats and games kept her attention and occupied her time. Myrna’s human family enjoyed receiving daily report cards from Bittersweet - and LOVED receiving all the daily photos! It made them happy to see that she was having fun! Myrna had a bath and grooming the last day of her stay at “camp.” She even enjoyed that! I am beyond happy with the care that my dog 🐕 Oreo gets from you doing his haircut nails and bath and I like the price and the person who does it for my sweet little Oreo. Maggie is the best. I even like the bowtie that they put on him.

The staff at BitterSweet Pet resort was very genuine. It felt like the staff understood the love we have for our Echo. I thoroughly enjoyed the pictures they sent to me throughout the day. It made us feel better about leaving our baby on their care.

I think it says everything when I tell my dogs that they're going to doggy daycare.... And they absolutely lose their minds. They know exactly what that means, and they are so excited. I've also used their boarding and they come home happy. I get pictures sent to me when they are there and the joy they have is wonderful. They are my family, and I have no qualms, trusting them to the folks at bittersweet!

We love Bittersweet’s Daycare and Boarding. We enrolled our Aussie Mountain Doodle in Puppy kindergarten Feb. 1 and were so happy with the results. We kept up our daycare reservations after to socialize and tire him out! We have had such a good experience with daycare with two dogs now, so I finally boarded our dogs for the first time in their lives. The dogs did amazing, and the staff was so sweet giving us updates during their stay. Now… My dogs literally drag me inside and knock down the door to go to daycare (very unlike their good behavior at home). It speaks volumes to the care and dedication of the sweet staff. I even stopped grooming them myself and now do their baths and doodle grooms through Bittersweet. I recommend them to everyone.
