Our family has been bringing our sweet Lilly to Vale Park for over 15.5 years. Throughout her life, she received the most compassionate, knowledgeable care. Dr. Bill and the entire team always treated her like family--gentle, patient, and genuinely caring every single visit. When it came time to say goodbye, Dr. Bill's kind words and understanding helped ease our hearts and reassure us that we were making the right decision for Lilly. His compassion and empathy meant more than words can express. We will forever be grateful to Vale Park for caring for our girl throughout her life. It was my first visit to this clinic. I was very pleased with the service. I didn't have to wait, we started exactly when I had an appointment. The staff was helpful and friendly. My cat did not even move during the vaccination, everything was done professionally. Mr. Frank is satisfied Thank you!

We've had a great experience with the Vets here. I was able to get our dog in relatively quickly for an injured paw. Each time I've been there, they keep the waiting area uncrowded which is nice. I haven't used it but they have a little coffee bar too. All the staff have been kind and friendly. The checkout process is really convenient too. I love that they also have a boarding lodge attached too. There is room for improvement with communication during boarding stays though. Please increase frequency of text and photo updates. We have had multiple stays that we received nothing (shorter stays) or only when we asked for updates because we were tired of patiently waiting for one (6-7 days). Took my doggo her for a second opinion. Having a vet with an appointment is fantastic. While the drive is a bit longer, I significantly spent less time away from home. I was called in at the appointment time, which was also a plus. The staff was extremely friendly, and it actually seemed like they wanted to be there. The additional details involved for the procedure, proved their knowledge and experience. The drive is about 20 minutes longer than my normal vet, but very much considering switching. My only reservation would be, an urgent scenario, and if they would be able to accommodate that in their schedule. I would recommend this veterinary office to anyone. I’m extremely disappointed with the care my cat received here. He had been experiencing chronic vomiting for three weeks before I brought him in. I specifically asked about anti-nausea medication, as that seemed like a reasonable first step before jumping into invasive (and expensive) testing. They gave him a single dose of Cerenia and sent us home. For context, Cerenia is typically a 24-hour anti-nausea medication, and cats with ongoing vomiting often require multiple consecutive doses. Expecting one dose to fix three weeks of chronic vomiting is medically unrealistic. Four days later, when he vomited again, I contacted them and was told they were “surprised” he was still vomiting and refused to prescribe additional anti-nausea medication.
