I absolutely love the self-wash station here. It prevents me from messing up my own bathroom and really gives my doggie a nice deep clean. You don't even need to bring anything they provide all towels, shampoo, brushes.

There is only one shopping cart for the entire store. Nobody will assist you with purchases if you need help and are not able to access the one shopping cart. I was in there in the store had one other guest who was using the shopping cart no one else was in the store. And no one would help. The elderly lady who was using the cart was struggling to get her purchases in the back of her car and the manager stood inside and watched her. I was in the parking lot as I was waiting to use the shopping cart. Due to my medical issues, I was not able to assist this woman either but a stranger in the parking lot graciously did. Amazing place to get all your pet needs! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly! I had just rescued a 5-6 month puppy and I needed some supplies for him. Poor little guy! I named him Mars. The staff helped me pick out the best shampoos and sprays for preventing and killing ticks and flees. I got him a name tag that was east to engrave! I am completely satisfied with how they helped me and I’ll be going to that store for now on.

🤢 Over by the cats it smell really bad well by the Nulo wet dog food also. I got walking around for about 5 to 8min. It made me feel so dirty. On the way back some I couldn't get the feeling of being dirty. It almost felt like the smell was still on me. Next time I will just go to my regular Petco location. 🤢 not my first time at this location.

Absolutely Love our trainer Jason!!! Jason is super patient with our puppy and very knowledgeable. We are so grateful for our training sessions!
