I had such a great experience at Ari’s Pet Grooming. The receptionist was really sweet and welcoming, and the whole staff seemed to genuinely care. My dog looked amazing when I picked her up — she smelled great, her haircut was perfect, and she was so happy! You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be bringing her back.

Super disappointed in the service here. I specifically requested that they don’t touch my dogs nose and face and the groomer cut it anyways. He looks completely different and I’m sad this happened right before the holidays. The front desk person acknowledged that the groomer disregarded the notes but the groomer was extremely rude when I talked to him. Finally spoke with the owner and explained what happened and he made light of the situation saying, “I’m sure if your dog could talk he’d say he likes his hair” and laughed it off. I had a bad experience the last time and wanted to give them a second chance but the way they handled this was super disappointing. It’s cheaper than Petco but you get what you pay for.
