Petco Dog Training

Took my dog in for a grooming and shave. They kept her for 4 hours, when I picked her up she was different; shy, timid, confused, did not want to be touched, did not want a snack, did not want to drink water, nor did she want to eat. She stayed in a corner for a few days. When I would call her name she was afraid of me. She cried at times and when she would go outside to use the restroom she cried... I don't know what they did to her, but I was so scared. I searched over and over again to see if what was going on was normal. It was almost a week for my good girl to come back to herself. I wouldn't recommend this place to groom any dog, if only my dog could speak to tell me what they did to her. But everyone is welcome to try it out, this is just my dogs experience

I've been there a few times to buy dog treats etc., staff have always been very helpful. Today, I stopped by to make an appointment to good my Shepard. JENNIFER at the front was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. I asked who she recommend to groom dog, she named GUS . Lo and behold he came up holding a finished dog. Very friendly., I liked him immediately as his attention went to my GS. So we made appointment with him. So far based on my interactions with staff, I rate those to a 10 out of 5. Store, 5 out of 5. Good job guys.

I will give them 10 stars if I can do that! Very good customer service. The lady works there today (6/4/21: I didn't remember her name) is super sweet and professional. I am sure I will come there more often to buy the supplies for my dogs. My new spots :))

You are knowledgeable on all the stuff ..just what i need to care for my animal family..every one of you have had a moment to make me smile..i see "parents " proudly walk their "babies" thru petco buying THE BEST..thank you for being in our lives

This Petco has great selection and conveniently offers in store pick up. You simply order online and you are notified when your order is ready! The entire staff is friendly but I want to recognize AJ specifically! He always greets customers with a smile and a helpful attitude. Thank you for your dedication and positivity! You really make shopping at Petco a pleasant experience 👍🏼
