NOHO Urgent Care Animal Hospital

I brought my cat to this hospital and had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, compassionate, and truly cared about both my pet and I. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease during a stressful time. CARLOS was especially great. He communicated with me throughout my cat’s hospitalization and even followed up to check on how my cat was doing. Although they are fairly new at this location, their level of experience and care was evident. I will definitely be coming here for any future care my fur babies need.

The best part about this hospital is how incredible their staff is. From the reception to the techs and doctors, they took such great care for the animals and you can tell they genuinely love animals. I took my 2 year old cat in after our usual animal hospital told us they don't accept walk ins and have no appointments open (why vets do this when it can be life and death, i will never understand). They are transparent about next steps and most importantly, they show you a breakdown of costs first before you commit to anything and this is not something I've experienced before at other vets where you have to ask about every single cost or get a surprise giant bill at the end. My cat had to be hospitalized for 24 hours to be observed and put on IV and i was devastated but they took such good

Hands down the best vet hospital I’ve gone to. I’ve taken my dog a few times to an urgent care vet for IVDD issues but would only get temporary relief until my dog had another episode so I decided to try this place after a friends recommendation and I’m glad I did. Dr.Singh has been the best Veterinarian doctor I’ve encountered and having 2 frenchies I’ve met quite a few, he explained everything thoroughly, showed genuine concern for my pet, and very knowledgeable when it came to symptoms, conditions, treatments, and even radiographs. He also updated me through the phone which was great to talk to an actual doctor since most other places will just relay messages from the dr to me. What can I say...staff and doctors were great. They are caring and kind and very understanding. Our pet baby was bleeding and vomiting. When we showed up to Noho Urgent Care, staff was friendly and prompt. Our mini Yorkie was taken to the back quickly to examine him. The Doctor came in and explained what was going on with him. He stayed there 2 days with 2 follow-ups. He is still recovering. Staff called in between follow-ups to check in on him. Great service and they actually care!!!
