I had one appointment with Patty. She told me to call her after I returned from out of town - I called and have texted with no response at all. This is a terrible way to run a business but it’s yours. I do not recommend.

At this point it's been over a week since I first contacted her, I would get 1 response every other day, ok fine, but telling me a day and time and then never confirming it, yeah no GO SOMEWHERE ELSE another thing she didn't seem eager to answer the phone or talk but hey it's your business

Patty is a wonderful teacher. She is knowledgeable and will to do whatever works for the dog. She works with all types of dogs. So glad I found her!!!

I have emailed them 2 times and called leaving messages 2 times now over the past couple Weeks. No one has reached back out to me. They clearly don’t want to help or do business

I have been taking my two Golden's here for 7 years. Happy with their haircuts.
