Crossroads Animal Hospital

I was having a hard time finding a vet in my area that could take out the inserts from my European Doberman dogs ears. I was recommended to look into crossroads Animal Hospital, in which I made an appointment to talk with him about it. They were the only place that was willing to call the vet that did the ear cropping, which was a vet over two hours away, and inquire as to how to take the inserts out. Per Dr. Britt, it was an easy procedure to do and she was willing to do it for me. I Was not able to take my puppy to the vet that did the ear cropping hence while I was Looking for someone close by in my area. I was planning on giving a review as I rely on reviews when I’m choosing a services. They went above and beyond to make sure I Was taken care of and I highly recommend this vet.

We LOVE Dr. Bowen and the staff at Crossroads!! They have taken care of all our pets & have been absolutely phenomenal. We love that they check up on them after appointments, as they know they are family to us. Can’t recommend them enough!

We had our first visit to Crossroads Animal Hospital today, and we couldn't be more impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and took excellent care of our new puppies. Dr. Wilson was particularly attentive, patiently answering all of our questions. The veterinary technician showered our dogs with love, helping them feel safe and confident during their visit. They administered vaccinations with such precision that my pups didn’t even whimper. I highly recommend this facility and its wonderful team to anyone in search of a veterinarian.

Dr. Bowen and the staff at Crossroads treat our pets like family! Our dog had a severe illness as a puppy and Dr Bowen worked closely with the docs at Auburn to get him well and save his life. Also, Dr. Britt helped us say goodbye to our senior dog and she was kind and patient and prayed with us at the end. A small act we will never forget. Highly recommend Crossroads!

Love Dr Bowen & staff. They have taken care of three of our Pembroke Welsh Corgis, our newest one, 10 week old Belle. They are amazing & wonderfully caring. Dr Bowen helped us so much throughout the last months of our 14 yo girl Petra’s life & we will forever be grateful. We wouldn’t take our babies anywhere else 😘😘😘
