His personable and approachable nature made the training sessions a delight, and our dog took an immediate liking to him. Additionally, Nick provided us with invaluable resources and reference materials to support our progress between sessions.

Meet Jack and Jimmer. A couple of 8 week old mixed breed boys we rescued in April. They just completed their first series of puppy training with Nick Garrison of Good Dog Happy Owner Training. Nick is incredible to watch as he trains and interacts with our dogs (and the adults). My wife and I learned so much from Nick's comprehensive program. He is very experienced with young dogs. Nick is a true professional, with results oriented methods. The dogs love when Nick comes to our house for training. We trust and recommend him highly!

Nick was a great trainer for my 5 month old puppy! As a first time dog owner, I thought the methods were very effective and I learned just as much as my puppy. Her behavior has significantly improved in 4 weeks! Nick was courteous and always arrived on time. I would definitely train again with Good Dog!

Our TROOPER is a rescue, so he had several issues before Nick's training. Nick helped T to acclimate to our home and become more relaxed in general. Nick also trained US in the best methods of speaking to and encouraging Trooper. We are pleased with the results.

Nick was amazing in teaching the dog as well as my husband and I. I would highly recommend him for training. It was nice that he came to our house so our dog was in her own environment.
