We had a phenomenal experience with Eden and her staff today. My dog has never been professionally groomed so I was a tiny bit worried how he’d do. Eden took her time to make sure Mako was comfortable. This boy has a ton of fur and is a really massive dog but he was perfect. He looks phenomenal and he was happy at the facility! Eden did a great job. We will be coming back!

Very happy with our experience today. The staff was very accommodating. It was the first time for our golden retriever dog. They gave us a chance to talk to the groomer directly to explain her what we wanted. And she did a fantastic job.

We love this self wash or full service place. Great staff, great prices. We took our German shepherd in and even got her nails done too!

I called a few days ago to ask about self-grooming services. I specifically inquired if I needed to bring anything, and they assured me that I didn’t because they provide everything. However, when I arrived, I found out they only provide a table—nothing to actually cut the dog’s hair. On top of that, they originally told me the cost would be $15, but I was charged $35 due to an unexpected "cleaning fee." When I questioned the price difference, the employee responded that I "didn't ask" about additional fees, rather than apologizing for their lack of adequate communication. I had planned to visit monthly, but this experience changed my mind. I dislike businesses that aren’t upfront about pricing and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.
